# I can't seem to do a hyperlink

It has never been a problem until now: it keeps saying “Please complete the subject and message fields.”

Any ideas?

You get that message when you try to start a new thread, but you haven’t filled in both the subject and message fields.

It probably has nothing to do with creating a link. Did you click on new thread when you meant to click on post reply perhaps?
