It keeps on coming up with error on page after I compose a message. g\_state.bgColor is a void or null object its saying. What do I do? ---

Report the error message to the hotmail staff. Or if you want, i can get you an invitation to Gmail 😉 ---

I assume you are referring to the web interface, and not accessing it from an application via POP, right? Here’s a guess: it sort of sounds like the color scheme might be hosed. Is the color scheme customizable? If so, try resetting it to the default colors, if that is an option. It might also be interesting to try to access it via another browser. ---

Actually it sounds like a problem in the Rich Text Editor. Do you have that on? The Rich Text Editor is the bars(s) of tools like font face, font color, bg color, etc. If you have it on, click on the TOOLS button in the menu then click “Rich Text Editor OFF” ---

Still doesn’t work when I try to turn the format off, it goes theres an error. 😕 ---

And you ought to switch to gmail… ---

I used to hate webmail. It always seemed like I had to shift through so much crap just to get my email. Gmail is simple and easy without any gimmicks or annoying ads. (I only just noticed the text ads on the right side the other day.) I have 5 accounts and for some reason every time I use up all my invites I just get 4 more. Also get gmail notifier, it’s great. ---

Hotmail user here. I have the same problem. What I do is to copy the message, hit the refresh button, repaste if necessary, then send. ---
