It just looks yellow to me in that photo. I thought I saw it once, from an airplane. But it could be that staring at the Sun just caused a temporary blind spot. ---

My son and I caught it once in Kona, Hawaii. It is cool. ---

I’d have congratulated you even if you hadn’t caught it on film. But that’s awesome. It’s not been captured that often–for a while, people thought it was just an optical illusion. ---

Congrats! If I remember correctly, they last for 1/8 sec. I once called a friend out on the deck of a ship to see if we could catch it. He did. I didn’t. Sigh.
