His expression of utter ignorance in how he looks is priceless.

My beagle, Buddy, won the best dressed costume at the Fourth of July parade. He had a star-spangled bandana and a mini Uncle Sam style top hat. He won the created-just-for-him prize of best dressed dog. I have a digital picture but have no idea how to post it.
