# I didn't get to reply to bibliophage (not really a rant)

For the record, **bibliophage** :

My first post did address the OP. Maybe it should’ve been worded differently and without a :rolleyes: , but I was trying to make a valid point for OP to consider. (This amazing ability of mine is why I rarely post in GD)

My second post criticized OP’s _behavior_, not OP.

Also, I reported my own second post.

But, I also see your main point. Yes, I was in the wrong.

You have my apology.

Now, let the flaming of me commence.

Just out of curiosity, why did you start a thread, instead of just emailing **bibliophage**? From your OP, it sounds like just want **bibliophage** to know you weren’t trying to be a jerk, and apologizing for any jerkiness that may have happened anyway. I don’t see what you’re looking for from the rest of the board, except for agreement with both **bibiophage** ’s reprimand of you and your explanation/apology. Is a public apology necessary/better?

I’m not trying to rip on you, just curious.
