By the way, ladies, if you want to wear high heels so you personally feel sexier, then go for it, but don’t do so on our behalf without finding out. There are some guys, myself included, who have no particular attraction to high heels. Personally, I’d rather see a lady in something she could go hiking in. ---

I have small, skinny feet; finding shoes (other than boots or sneakers) that stay on has always been next to impossible. When I do find nice shoes that fit, they’re always hideously expensive compared to the things friends and co-workers talk about buying. I was thrilled when I managed to find a pair of steel-toe shoes (slip-on) for $99; the ladies at work were appalled that I would pay that much for a pair of shoes. Recently, a store at a nearby mall started carrying several brands and styles that actually fit; to make things even better, Amazon carries these brands in even more styles and colors. I am now out of closet space…I have multiple colors of shoes in multiple styles (to go with all sorts of different outfits, of course). Now that I can find stuff that fits, I love shoes.
