I had shrimp with avocado, grapefruit, hearts of palm, and a peppadew remoulade for dinner tonight. Oh, and I used to be one of the cool kids and post in MMP, but I just don’t post there any more. Not sure why. Susan ---

[/QUOTE] OK, I’ll set up the camera tripod and set the timer to take pictures every 30 seconds, so you don’t have to remember to snap the occasional picture. OK, go. Me, I’ll make some halibut fillets, drizzled with garlic butter and served over a bed of garlic wild and long grain rice. ---

Look for a new MMP each week. Sometimes they start Sunday evening (what time zone are you in?). Just jump on in whenever you see it. We’ll be happy to see you there ---

Oh that reminds me. Take some haddock and coat it in a little egg and then dip in ground almonds. Then fry it up in ghee. Do \*not \* pick bits out the pan as you cook no matter how good it smells. Tain’t polite. ---
