sorry about the late response…turns out all SDMB notifications were routed to spam…

no, you won’t fry your brain…but as always, watch your levels.

Ive actually made some ambient soundscapes with various Binaural Beats, they’re certainly relaxing but nothing earth-shattering.

No, but relative to the UK they’re all but unknown. Even my (Indian Hindu) family had Christmas crackers on the table when we lived in Britain. At Christmas, that is.
