I’m not in any rush to cross the river Styx, but I’m going to keep this going. I don’t know much about the animals, even though I may be the monkeys’ uncle, but my big brother’s holding company is the cream that rises to the top. I’ve haven’t been all around America, but I’ve been to Kansas and ridden with Paul Revere, and the Raiders. Someday, I’ll get stuck in traffic, but until then, I’ll try to avoid rolling stones and eagles. The journey that I’m on may take me to Boston, but probably not to nirvana, although if I meet up with Kool and the gang, I may end up in Alabama. So I was out **Phish** ing with the usual **Motley Crue** last hallo **ween** , and we caught some **Reel Big Fish**. We were drinking down the **Firewater** by the gallon, and my friend Ben Folded Five beer cans against his head. Yea, he really rocks the suburbs when he’s not with his old pals. It was getting dark, and as you know **Tom Waits** for no man, so us **Highwaymen** went down the long and winding road that leads to your door, trying not to laugh at all those VW **Beetles** that are all over the roads these days. We stopped by a **Pet Shop Boys** to look at the **Monkees** , then stopped by the Baker to get some **Cream**. After all this activity, we wished we had **Wings** to fly us home through the **5th Dimension** , but we just walked. -tool (please stop me) ---

I get no kick from champagne, and the seven deadly virtues leave me cold, but I’m just a girl who can’t say no, so here’s another round. It’s about Time I entered this hijack In The Flesh. Being a new Mother, myself, I’m suffering from a little temporary Brain Damage. Anyway, I’m making this up in a Momentary Lapse of Reason so you will have to forgive any typos! Normally I’m pretty Lost For Words and shy about my posting but tonight I have High Hopes that my contribution to the hijack will be recieved without any Sorrow. So pull up a chair and Have a Cigar. It’s in the midrange of houses around here, I think. Where we plan to build our next house, the average is around $200K - we’ll do a lot of the work ourselves to save a coupla bucks. In fact, if we could build for cash, we would. But we want to get it done fairly quickly, so we’ll hafta take out a construction loan. ---

My first impluse was to try to do another song title set using songs about houses/home and so connect the two major topics of this thread. And then I decide that would be too much work. I would only want to live in a mansion if someone else was going to do the vacuuming. And dusting. My favorite room in this mansion would be the library with floor to ceiling books, a fireplace, comfy chairs and intimate lighting. And french doors out to a terrace and the grounds. And it wouldn’t be in Florida. ---
