OK, a few simple questions:

1. Where did this statement come from? What context is it based in? Could you give us a link?
2. Why is it in a forum devoted to Comments on Cecil’s Columns?

If you want to post strange, contextless non-sequiturs, do it in MPSIMS (Mundane Pointless Stuff I Must Share).
