These emails serve to explain the 13-Moon Dreamspell Calendar System,
Galactic Time Science delivered by Dr. Jose Arguelles, based upon the
ancient Chilam Balam or Jaguar Priests, what we know in today’s time as
Earth Wizards.
This is therefore also called the Wizard’s Count - which is the sacred
count of days (the 260-day “galactic spin”) synchronized to the 365-day
year cycle which always begins a new 13-Moon Year on Gregorian July
26th.
By acknowledging where each day falls in relation to the 13-day
wavespell cycles and the 28-day moon cycles, we are bridging the
fourth-dimensional energies of the “galactic spin” into the third-dimensional
rhythms of the 13 Moon year.
This bridging assures a perfect cycle of a 52-year round; a cycle of
18,980 days called Tunben K’ak, the Binding of the Years.
The harmony of this calendric system is that every 52 years equals 73
Tzolkin galactic spins, no two days are the same, and the entire 18,980
days of the cycle are to be repeated every 52 years in an upward moving
spiral of time.
These wavespell emailers will highlight the current 13-day “wavespell”
cycle, as well as the current 28-day monthly “moon” cycle, of which
there are also 13 (13 Moons of 28-days each +1 Day out of time = 365
day-year).
A “Wavespell” refers to the entire cycle of the “13 Tones of Creation,”
1-13. Because a Wavespell is any cycle of 13, there are infact both
13-DAY wavespells, as well as 13-MOON wavespells. In other words, the Year
cycle itself is also a giant wavespell spiral, where each 28-day moon
holds the energy of one of 13 Tones of Creation!
Each 13-day wavepell period is governed by one of the 20 Solar Tribes,
giving each 13-day period a specific energetic focus.
Regarding the definition of “wavespell,” a “wave” is a motion in time,
and a “spell” is that which can be cast, known, or experienced during
that time.
Another way it is defined is a “wave” refers to the power of movement,
and “spell” to the power one can gain by being in harmony with reality.

These times on Earth are accelerated like no other. As we are currently
closing the Spectral month of the Spectral Wizard year - we are all
being inundated with LIBERATION energy - releasing all that does not serve
our truth - dissolving old ways to make space for the new. During this
spectral moon, on spectral sun day our Earth experienced the Massive
Medicine Wheel Ceremony as a collective act to dissolve the concentration
of stresses accumulated in the Yellowstone National Park area. It was
reported that the event was a success, that the pressures on Yellowstone
were alleviated as a result of the ceremony! Hallelujah!
As we continue closing this Spectral Wizard year (July 26, 2003 - July
25 2004) let us make sure to note the two major occurrences yet to
come: first the Venus Transit on Crystal 10/June 8; Dreamspell date: Blue
Electric Monkey - both a galactic activation portal and one of the 13
pacal votan clear signs. This event is a rare passing of Venus between
the Earth and the Sun which has not happened in 122 years. To those
familiar with Mayan cosmology, it is said to foretell the “Return of
Quetzalcoatl” (meaning the awakening of our inner Feathered-Serpent selves;
our fully illuminated beings with all of our 7 chakras activated), and
has been called the “Great Rehearsal,” for it foreshadows the Mayan
prophesized Venus Transit said to herald “the birth of the new world
consciousness,” which will occur on Crystal 8/June 6, 2012.
This alignment has many implications, including what Dr. Arguelles
calls “the sign of the full opening of the Road to 2012.” According to
astrologist Govinda Miller, this transit also represents “the awakening of
the Divine Feminine energies…Venus represents the heart and the
feminine side of our being. The Sun represents our individuality and the
masculine side of our being. Venus eclipsing (in front of) the Sun is
symbolic of our need to consider the feminine expression first, before the
masculine and to allow the feminine energies to guide the
masculine…Venus also represents the creative and artistic sides of our nature.
Venus, in front of the Sun, will catalyze previously hidden, latent
artistic talent and creative abilities…Another response to the Venus
transit is an opening of your capacity to love others more deeply… The
opposite will also be true. You will become more clear and sensitive to the
truth about all of your relationships. Therefore your dysfunctional!
relationships will become increasing apparent to you and you may feel
a need to change…”

The second major event that closes this Spectral Wizard year is the Day
out of Time, July 25, White Spectral Mirror. Celebrated annually since
1993, as a day for Peace Through Culture and Festivals of Time is Art,
this year’s Day out of Time will be the largest yet, as it is the
launchpad for the July 26, 2004 Blue Crystal Storm Year GREAT CALENDAR
CHANGE! Over a quarter of a million people now regularly follow the

In regards to the curent 13-day wavespell we’re in,the Yellow Warrior
is called “Cib” in the Yucatec Mayan language, pronounced “Keeb.”
Traditional translations of Cib include owl, vulture, and spider.
As the 16th of the 20 tribes, CIB is described in the Mayan Factor as:
“Cosmic Force, Ability to Contact and Commune with Galactic
Consciousness.”
The symbol for Yellow Warrior indeed looks like a warrior’s shield, and
is said to represent the integration of the 3 forces of mind, will, and
spirit. The glyph of Cib is also known to represent “the cosmic
question mark” or a staff of cosmic empowerment.
YELLOW represents the power of the direction SOUTH which offers the
energy of “RIPENS.”
One can interpret the word “warrior” in many different ways.
Personally, I feel Cib to be a messenger of the Shambhala Warrior which declares
that a warrior is one who has faced, and is not afraid of, one’s Self.
This self-knowledge indeed comes by questioning our inner beings, our
motivations, our actions, behaviors, and contributions.
Other associations that come with “warrior” include qualities and
characteristics of: discipline, inner strength, unwavering conviction,
resolution based upon personal truths and morals, perserverance, attunement
to divine guidance, keen awareness, mapping of challenges, thoughtful
preparation, stealth manuevering, mindfulness, precision, willingness to
confront uncharted terrain. These ideals of the Warrior archetype could
and should be expanded upon - based on your personal relationship to
this energy. Is your Inner Warrior fierce and bold? Is it outspoken?
Silent? Is it equanimous, calm, and centered?
As Warrior represents INTELLIGENCE, to me this means a grounded,
holistic knowledge of whatever circumstances we find ourselves encountering
in our lives. This means to rise above any convenient denials and to
really face, head-on, the elements composing our life’s current
realities. Whether this is bills to pay and/or devastating news of world
governmental/military affairs…The warrior’s strength is in how She responds.
Whether with patient conscientousness, or with impulsive blunt
instinct, it is up to you how you channel the power and character of the Yellow
Warrior. We are all refining ourselves, and these are definitely the
times of growing beyond old habits into new ways of operating, on inner
and outer planes of existence.
The power to QUESTION is invaluable, for it frees us of the consensus
status-quo reality, and empowers us to be our own authority.
Let us question, inquire, investigate, delve into, and inspect any and
every thing we are inspired to look deeper into! When we are children
this quality is more evident, as the world is newer and fresher to us.
Let us never stop developing, as we will always be Children of the
Universe! I believe we should question our leaders, our habits, our
judgements, our “pictures of reality”, for anything un-questioned easily
hardens into dogma. This is not to say that our beliefs are invalid or need
to be changed. This is simply an invitation to circulate fresh analysis
of our convictions to make sure they represent our Truths, and not
simply ideas and concepts we have grown accustomed to. The more we
question, the more insights and intelligence we can gain.
The power of FEARLESSNESS is paramount… I believe that Fearlessness
is a multi-dimensional code which deserves much pondering. I don’t know
if it’s possible to rid ourselves of fears, but I do know that it’s
possible to not let them run our lives and determine our actions. It has
been said “Courage does not mean having no fears, but rather not letting
them stop you.”
By witnessing fears we can have compassion for them and recognize them
for the universal factors that they are. Often our fears try to get us
to perceive ourselves as special or inadequate, when, generally
speaking, many of the fears we are ashamed of having are actually shared by
most humans! The Yellow Warrior knows that by facing her fears she
strengthens and fortifies the deepest aspects of her being.
The Shambhala Warrior teachings remind us that “Fearless” is not a
reduction of fears, but rather the capacity to go BEYOND fear.

“Going beyond fear begins when we examine our fear. Our anxiety,
nervousness, concern, and restlessness. If we look into our fear, if we look

slow down, when we relax with our fear, we find sadness, which is calm
and gentle. Sadness hits you in your heart, and your body produces a
tear. Before you cry, there is a feeling in your chest, and then after
that, you produce tears in your eyes. You are about to produce rain or
waterfall in your eyes and you feel sad and lonely, and perhaps romantic
at the same time. That is the first tip of fearlessness, and the first

The use of the 13-Moon year helps us anchor dates chronologically, so
it is an important cycle to follow to compliment the tracking of the

A Meditation to Focus on the Enlightenment of
Humanity by the Year 2012

The "Astronomical Event of the Year " of 2004 is approaching - the
Venus
Transit of June 8. This is not an ordinary astronomical event. It is
one
that has not occurred since 1882 and that so no person living has
previously experienced. It is also one that is clearly visible and
experiential in nature. You do not have to read charts to realize its
significance. The planet Venus will pass across the disc of the sun for
a period of about seven hours and serve as a symbol of the unification
of the masculine and feminine that in the time ahead is about to take
place. Millions will acknowledge and honor the possibility for
humankind
that is now emerging.
Unlike most astronomical events, this one has already had a
demonstrable
effect on human history. In the mid-18th century, it became the reason
for the first international collaboration in science. As scientists in
several different countries prepared to measure the distance to the sun
in the Venus Transits of 1761/1769 they found that this problem could
not be solved by any national academy in isolation. Studies had to be
made all around the world to solve the problem and different nations
came to collaborate.
Today we know the exact distance to the sun, but this is again a time
when we will need to collaborate to fulfil the purpose of humanity -
its
Enlightenment by the year 2012. And it is in this context the
significance of the Venus Transit of 2004 should be understood. Not
that
it necessarily automatically causes anything to happen, but the thing
is
that Venus Transits mostly happen in pairs and so the Venus Transit on
June 8, 2004 will be followed by another one on June 6, 2012. This then
is - roughly - the time span within which the Enlightenment of humanity
is meant to take place. This is the time span that is allotted to
humanity, collectively speaking, to fulfil its cosmic destiny of
attaining the Enlightened state. Rarely, if ever, does cosmos provide
such clear evidence that we are part of a larger whole, and a cosmic
plan, as at a Venus Transit, which may be experienced as a unifying
beam
of energy to all those receptive. This is a time to experience that We
are all One and One with the Divine. It is a time to catch up, in
meditation, with the merging of female and male, Eastern and Western,
energies that is now taking place on a cosmic scale.
How it is that Cosmos has been able to place this pair of Venus
Transits
at such conspicuous points in time may still be beyond our
understanding. But we do not really need to know either. What we do
know
is that the planet Venus played a prominent role in all ancient
mythologies and a pre-eminent prophetic role among the Maya. We may
rightly ask if all this meant to highlight this upcoming role of Venus
at a stage in the history of mankind when its destiny is about to be
fulfilled. Again, Venus Transits do not necessarily cause anything to
happen on earth, unless we, in meditation, open ourselves up to the
possibility of taking a new step in our evolution. But if you think
about it, is there any other kind of event that could provide such an
excellent opportunity for mankind to unify and focus on its
Enlightenment than this pair of Venus Transits? This is truly a
possibility for transforming human consciousness on a global scale
unlike any other. Oneness is a step towards Enlightenment, and in fact,
if fully experienced is Enlightenment. This global transformation of
consciousness is the purpose of the Oneness Celebration and no other
explanation is really needed.
The global meditation, scheduled to 12 am Central European Time on June
8, 2004, calls for the participation of everyone. To participate, there
is nothing to believe in except that you are human and inhabit this
Earth. It is literally for everyone. Its very purpose is to serve as a
bridge between peoples of different nations, religions, philosophies,
races, genders or belief systems, a bridge which will be built despite
all the mental constructs that may keep us apart. Thus, as was the case
with the Venus Transits in 1761/1769, global collaboration is needed.
This collaboration includes highlighting the importance of the event
and
to encourage massive participation in it. Collaboration will also be
needed to facilitate for different places where people gather to
interact and unify in meditation. Very importantly, it will be required
to break into the mainstream with a message and a meditation serving
all
of humanity and call upon everyone to participate.
