Okay, I realize it’s not _that_ big a deal. I was just very surprised that they were coming to town. I thought I was doing a good job of staying informed as to what groups would be playing this summer, but when I popped into a record store downtown (the weather was glorious–I think over Memorial Day weekend we kinda skipped from early, cold, yucky spring to summer), I saw them listed among “upcoming shows.” This store sold tickets (cash only), so I searched out the nearest ATM so I could buy my ticket. Yay me! ---

I just heard them for the first time the other day. Great fun. Reminded me a bit of the Buzzcocks or something old garage-y like that. ---

saw them in sydney last january. they were fucking fantastic. jack white throws himself about like a maniac. good stuff. don’t miss this for the world. ---

I checked the website for the club they’re playing at, and it says tickets for their show aren’t on sale yet. So double yay me! ---

Really jeaulous **easy e** , they played near me recently and I found out too late nad all the tickets were sold out ☹ Let us know if they are good live!
