Surprise, surprise - \*\*FCD \*\*didn’t want supper. They musta had a heck of a luncheon at the office. So I’m having some leftover turkey.
I finished my 5th lap robe - they’ll all be laundered tomorrow and packed to go on Thursday. I’m very nearly out of yarn now. I need to find out how much I’m allowed to buy before I place an order. Not till after the first of the year, tho.
Not sure what I’ll do with the remaining yarn - maybe just make squares. I’ve got lots of black yarn that I can edge with. Yeah, that’ll use up what’s left.

Home from piggin’ (HEH!) out at Sonny’s. We both had babyback ribs, baked beans, a sweet N.O.T. with cinnamon butter and garlic toast. YUM! Now OYKW is at his place doin’ laundry and packin’ and I’m all snug in da cave in tshirt, sweatpants, and robe.
**BBBobbio** yay! Maybe **BooFae** and I will go hat shoppin’. 😃
**{{{'mika!!!}}}** _MWAH_ Yay for the swag! I lurves me some giftcards for goodies. Thanks for the heads up re **LiLi**. Mayhaps I shall head over to fb and offer words of encouragement. I’ve BT;DT with my father and there is nuttin’ pleasant about it at all.

The Red Cross has me quite stabby tonight! Originally, I was going to give blood at an event tomorrow night. However, there was also a blood drive at the local firehouse today, which is closer & more convenient schedule-wise as I’ve already got more things than I can do on the list for tomorrow night. I get there 1¼ hours before the end time, there are a whopping two people waiting to donate & the volunteer tells me that they aren’t taking anymore walkups tonight.
WTF? They’re always begging me to donate & when I show up they don’t want me when they’re not even busy? :mad:
I so wish there was some other organization around that I could donate to 'cause they do more to piss off people who try to help them out.

Good morning! I got to start my day by making up some turkey salad and slapping it on bread for my sweetie’s lunch. I should have done it last night, but what can I say??
It’s drizzly but in the upper 30s, so it’s not as nasty as it could be out there. My plans today include running to Food Lion for my veggie-plate ingredients followed by a stop at CVS for my cholesterol meds. I’ve also got to do a load of jeans, plus I need to launder the lap robes and get them packed to go.
Beyond that, I’ll just fake it. Things will fill my day, as they always do.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up, caffienated, and purtified, so no _YAWN_ ‘Tis 54 Amurrkin out and rainy with a predicted high of \ 69! \ with rain/tstorms/apocalypse forecasted. This is supposed to be today, tonight, and tomorrow mornin’. Loverly weather in which to travel. I kinda wish OYKW would wait until tomorrow to take off for the wilds of west Alabammy, but he’s goin’ today. Speakin’ of which, Ima leave in a few minutes to meet him for brekkie at Pearly’s.
Ok, that’s all I got. I need to get outta da cave to meet him at six-thirty.

Brekkie has been consumed and OYKW is on his way to the wilds of west Alabammy. We pigged on ham 'n cheese omelets, grits, and bizkits. I brought N.O.L. but I may or may not eat it. Right now I’s stuffded!
‘Tis gloomy out. We had some rain earlier and more is on the way. I have an appointment at nine o’clock, locally fortunately, but that should be enough to cause a storm of epic proportions as I’m leavin’. 😃
