**Mooom** , pork shoulder should be among the first things you do in your smoker. 🙂 I also recently discovered that Aldi carries uncured bacon that a friend of mine does a nice job with in his.

It’s time to clean up from supper. I did sesame pork and snow peas over basmati rice. It was just right.
