In all my time thus far in the service, I hadn’t done one thing, and it was really gnawing at me. I never managed to get Distinguished Graduate, or even Honor Graduate in any of my training courses, to my disappointment. I was close, but I never made it over the hump. Well, all of that has now changed, because I graduated my ground training school today with an average of 97.3%, which makes me the only Distinguished Graduate in the class. And that with two weeks of leave for Aaron’s birth, to boot. One more thing to put on my record for when I hopefully graduate college and maybe get a shot at Officer, or barring that, becoming the best NCO in the whole Air Force. Excepting **Bluesman** , of course. 😉 Thank you for allowing me my moment of self congratulation, and have a nice day. ---

I’m a Senior Airman, **Gorgon** , and I do anticipate getting the Levitow Award and sewing on Staff in 4 years. Cocky, I know, but what the hell.
