I don’t subscribe to Showtime, and with all the rave’s I’ve heard about Dexter, I’ve ordered Season One on DVD. I read the first book a few years ago, and loved it. My DVD’s came today! :happy dance: I’ll be watching Dexter for a good part of the weekend! Serial killer goodness! ---

Boyfriend and I are obsessed with the show. We both actually got each other the books for Christmas. I read the first one, and I will venture to say that the show is better. At least the storyline - they made it a lot more suspenseful, but the book gives more Dexter insight which is cool. Happy watching! Just wait until you get to season 2 - awesomeness! ---

Yeah… Dexter has become my favorite show at this point. I thought season 1 was excellent, but if you’re wowing right now, wait til you get to season 2 🙂 Supposedly CBS will be airing edited versions of season 1 this spring due to the writer’s strike. I don’t see how that is possible without eliminating just about all of James “motherfucker” Doakes’s and Deb “shit fuck cocksucker” Morgan’s lines. ---

After 13 hours of Dexter in two days I can definitely concur that it is the best show on television. I finished season one last night. I think I’m in love with a serial killer. 🙂 ---

excellent!!! what do you think of bookdexter vs. tvdexter? book one vs season one? knew you’d like it. brian’s version of “deck the halls” has surplanted a christmas story’s version in my brain. he really wrapped presents well!
