I haven’t been around the boards much lately, so I don’t know how many people even remember me, but I’ve got some news. Big news. I found out in early March that I’m pregnant. This was very good news, since we’ve been trying for a while with a few false starts–though of course, because of those false starts I didn’t want to get my hopes up too much. Then a few weeks later, at my first OB appointment, we got the real stunner: it’s twins. TWINS. Wow. I’m 12 weeks along now, theoretically due November 2, though twins usually come early. I 'spect I’ll be ready for them to long before then, since I’m gonna be big as a house. I saw the doc this afternoon, and everything looks great, they’re growing just fine, and despite being queasy and tired all the time, I’m feeling pretty good too. Just from checking out a few threads lately, it seems there are a bunch of pregnant Dopers right now, so I’m happy to join that club. Twins! Whee! ---
