All my posting has been from this laptop, but since I’m getting laid off, the laptop has to go back. I’m soon to be computerless. I’ll check back once more tomorrow…then I’m gone. I promise I won’t say anything neat or interesting until you get your own computer. It’ll be easy for me to do - I’m usually sloppy and uninteresting, so it’s not like I’m making a huge effort. Hurry up and get that new computer, though. ---

Bummer. Total bummer. I’ve also been in your position of being “computer-less”. As everyone else has said, hie thyself unto the library and make use of its wonders. Really. It’ll be okay. Good luck on the job-hunt thing. There’s not really any cure for Straighdopeaholism, I’m afraid. It’s one of those drugs that changes your body chemistry and your ability to perceive reality. Kind of like Spice (Dune, anyone?). ---
