The important thing to determine is if the laptop drank all the rest of your beer and/or wine. Check for missing cheese as well. Laptops are notorious for stealing cheese. ---

I once woke up and went to make cereal for breakfast. I opened the cupboard for a bowl and found the milk in there. I thought drunk me was being very considerate the night before knowing that I would want some cereal in the morning and helping me out by putting the milk in the cupboard ahead of time. ---

“It seemed like a good idea at the time.” As things go that have, in the course of human history, seemed like a good idea at the time (particularly when drunk, when all _manner_ of things seem like good ideas), putting your laptop in the fridge ain’t too bad. ---

I had a good idea last night: I’d take two melatonin to sleep instead of one, as I’d kind of slept in over the weekend and wanted to get to sleep earlier than I had been. If it hadn’t been for the earthquake at 11:30 a.m., pretty sure I’d still be sleeping. \>.\< ---

I once ordered some film that had to be frozen until used. I was going to be out of town for a few days so I told the secretary about it and told her to put it in the work freezer if it showed up. I was also expecting some important software for a time critical project. Get back and days go by. Finally getting worried about the software and call the guy and ask where is it? Says he sent it days ago. Found the software in the freezer. Thank Gawd it was ok. ---

I can almost just lick a melatonin and get a good night’s sleep (I need around 1/8 to 1/4 of one at the most). I can’t imagine what taking two would do. ---
