About three years ago, I went to the supermarket on my lunch break and found an apple called “Ambrosia.” Changed my life, it did. I’ve tried convincing the produce managers at all the other chains to carry them, but without much success. I find them superior to Honeycrisps, too. ---

I’ll eat any apple (even Red Dels), the crisper the better, sweet or sour. I could eat three a day. I’m confident that I’ve averaged an apple a day for my entire life. ---

Hate Red Deliciouses. Mushy and flavorless IMO. Give me your Fujis, your Galas, your Granny Smith, your Braeburns… Nice and crispy first off. Then sweet or tart is good, but don’t make it meh flavor. (now, let’s talk melon if you want to talk hate-ons… :D) ---

I will not eat a raw apple but I do like them cooked. Apple pie, Apple crisp, Applesauce etc ---
