I am of Indian origin and understand Hindi well. I am doubtful, the RN and CNA in the OP are speaking Hindi. It’s more likely that they are speaking Malayalam - spoken in the southern state of Kerala. But if it is Hindi and the OP desires, I will be glad to translate. Incidentally, the “Bollywood” video someone posted above is not from Bollywood, It appears more to be either Telugu (Andhra Pradesh) or Tamil (Tamilnadu).

get management to buy handheld translators for every staff member. Get tablets for written communications/translations. Pick up a few words- urgent care needed.

OTOH, I do have a problem with people who don’t want to learn how to speak English thinking I should know their language. That’s hubris extremus.
