Matzoh is great if you are suffering from diarrhea, at least the way my mother tells it. When I was a newborn it seems that I had to be kept in the hospital for an extra couple of weeks because I was afflicted with something that gave me bad runs. Mom said that things dried right up after I had some matzoh. Matzoh ball soup is one of my favorite things in life. Otherwise, I avoid it as much as possible. ---

Dude, you’ve got the wrong Matzoh.\* You’ve got to get Yehuda brand if you want a chance of making it through the week. \*Of course, now I want to say, **Dude, where’s my Matzoh?** , but that would eb a movie, not a book, so I’ll refrain. ---

BTW – what “unleavened bread” would they actually have eaten on the Exodus? I’m thinking something closer to pita bread than unsalted saltines. ---
