I was in my local grocery store a couple of years ago and on a small shelf of books near the pharmacy window there was a very complimentary biography of Jesse Helms. I believe the shelf also contained selections from the oeuvre of Limbaugh and Coulter. I didn’t like it, but it’s a really nice grocery store, so I kept shopping there. After a while, I noticed the books were gone. ---
