# I have 2 meg and I don't know what to do with it!

I never really knew what to do with 512 either.  
The Island’s broadband users are in the process of being upgraded to 2meg from 512k for free. Mine has been done already.

But I don’t know what to do with it.

What can I do with a 2 meg download spee that’s legal?

on the useful side: Internet radio? [www.shoutcast.com](http://www.shoutcast.com) is place to start, i don’t know it very well though.

on the less useful side: taking online connection speed tests and admiring the results might keep you amused for a little while…

You can also go over to places like [mtv.com](http://mtv.com) and [comedycentral.com](http://comedycentral.com) and watch really nice streaming video.
