This is totally cool, **Chef Troy**. I’ll have to catch those Youtube spots when I’m next at home. I haven’t seen you in several years, but we do refer to you and your culinary wisdom occasionally when my wife or I are working in the kitchen and have a problem that can be easily resolved by the addition of more butter. 😃 ---
