It’s “Weasels Ripped My Flesh,” by Frank Zappa. (1970) Anyone know a title by any artist that can top this one? ---

I have never even heard the album, but I was always amused by the album by [Joe Ely](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000002NX1/002-8426565-1708820?v=glance) called **Musta Notta Gotta Lotta** ---

Well, it’s not really ONE album title. But… [**Lambchop**](http://www.lambchop.net/) just released two albums simultaneously: 1)Aw, C’mon 2)No, You C’mon. ---

‘Trouser jazz’ - Mr Scruff ‘Music is rotted one note’ - Squarepusher ‘All I know is that it isn’t a vacuum cleaner’ - Spunk ‘Ship arriving too late to save a drowning witch’ - Zappa ‘I am not a doctor’ - Moloko And if we allow song titles, then Archie Shepp’s ‘Rufus swung his face at last to the wind, then his neck snapped’ would take some beating. ---

Not quite valid, but the CD called “Music for Scattered Brains” has the title printed across front and back of the CD case, so the front just reads “Music for Scat” ---

I bought a vinyl album not long ago just for the title alone: **Bongo! Bongo! Bongo!** I doesn’t get much more 60’s than that, man. (The music is substandard, but the cover, is sweet.) ---

I’ve always thought the best match between cover art and album title was Pantera’s [Vulgar Display of Power](http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B000002JOH.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg). [Next page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/i-have-a-new-favorite-album-title/256246.md?page=2)
