There was an episode of Top Chef where they were cooking in an Army ktichen. One of the chefs used a whole side of bacon and cooked it like a brisket. I’m not much of a meat eater, but that sounded outstanding. ---

I was over in GQ not having bacon, and then I smelled this smell. Kinda like bacon. Went into CS for an hour or so to see if the smell was coming from there. No bacon. Can you believe it? Then I peeked into IMHO. Funny, I still smell bacon. Five hours later I finally get here and WHAMMMO! BACON! Hit me like a truckload of, well, bacon. Hope there’s still some left. ---
