I must have had a hell of a weekend because I can’t find my other pair of blue jeans. They aren’t in the washer or dryer. They aren’t in the hamper. They aren’t on, under, or around my bed. Not in a chair. I’m not wearing them. Where the heck are my pants??? ---

I left a pair hanging on a tree on the Missinaibi River a couple of days upstream of Moose Factory. I left another pair hanging on a tree in Sand Dunes National Monument in southern Colorado. If anyone happens to come across a pair of pants hanging from a tree in the middle of nowhere, please mail them to me. ---

Hey, I found a pair in the rhododendrons underneath the balcony. Lots of stuff from apartment 103 ends up there, next to the gravel patch where I park my motorcycle. They’re kinda short, probably 28 inseam. Did you also dump that dead potted fern and the framed picture of Mt. Bachelor ? Man, Eastlake’s gotten weird since they put that 2-way left turn lane in. ---

Your pants? I’m sorry, **Max** , but the insane thieves who live near my building must have taken them and used them for God only knows what nefarious purpose. (though how they got from here to Nashville and back in such a short time span remains to be seen) Those people are nuts… always taking others’ personal property and using them for odd, secret purposes.
