I might pay that much for some of the Aliens equipment like the robot suit or the “Smartguns” they used. To be honest, $1200 is pretty cheap for what all your getting. It DOES include the car you know. ---

I like it, I wouldn’t buy it, but I like it. You are right though, that it is a pretty unusual auction. Looks like the bidding is still going up, too. What’s a suicide seat? I’ve heard of a suicide handle, but not a seat. 😕 ---

I think a suicide seat is that child seat in those old model Chevy wagons that folds out and faces the back window. Let’s not forget about this small expense: “Buyer pays for all shipping costs.” I might consider it, if the siren sounded like the one from the movie - my neighbors would love me. 😃 ---

Weak! That’s not the Ecto-1, that’s a station wagon! On Fark a while back, we found this guy who had spent tens of thousands of dollars on 2 DeLoreans, an elaborate replica of the Flux Capacitor, and a very exacting Flux Capacitor switch. While most of the people wondered how this guy could be such a dork, some people also envied his ability to spend quite a lot of money on a silly hobby. ---
