# I have pie!

My parents were good enough to take an hour or so out of their busy retirement schedule to stop by our house. My mom brought us a present.

I am currently enjoying Mommy’s extra-special, super-good, flaky-homemade-crust, sweet-and-juicy, wild blueberry pie.

You can just _have_ your chocolate, or your creme broulet, because nothing beats Mommy’s Wild Blueberry Pie. It has extra love in it.

I have pie, and you don’t.

I got the reference, **Homebrew** , I just don’t care. It’s a stupid cartoon, anyway.

I’d love to see you, **scout** , but if you think you are getting any of MY pie, you’re dead wrong.

**FCM** , I _will_ trade a piece of blueberry for a slice of lemon meringue, but you have to go about two for one.

Hmm…

I bet that if I suck up to Mom enough I could get my hands on a strawberry-rhubarb pie…

I, unfortunately, have a can of raspberry flavored, zero-calorie seltzer. Wah.

Maybe if I pretend _real_ hard and clap my hands together three times, it’ll taste like pie.

I make a pretty good strawberry-rhubarb pie, if I do say so myself. I like them really tangy. I also make a decent apple-blueberry crisp w/ oat topping. :\> My mother couldn’t make a homemade pie to save her life, poor woman.
