# I have several cups of crumbled bacon - recipes?

Rolla Pork Chop, Cottelette, Schnitzel, or steak, in flour, egg wash, and crushed, smoked almonds, crumbled bacon, and Panko… Deepfry and serve with Chestnut Gnocchi, and a rich pork gravy.

Just gotta pop in here to say I made this just now with a couple differences- bow tie pasta instead of rigatoni, couldn’t find pine nuts so used slivered almonds, and added a bit of fresh parsley & a bit of garlic and cracked peppercorn & green tea seasoning, and…
