Know Slash, Know Guns ‘n’ Roses. No Slash, No Guns ‘n’ Roses. I saw them in '92 also, with Metallica and Faith No More. (It was after James Hetfield went up in the pyrotechnics, and the guitarist from Metal Church was filling in.) Damn good show. Axl actually played along with the crowd, and the stage show was just gorgeous. I heard the most beautiful rendition of “November Rain”, and the best “Welcome to the Jungle” that could ever be done. Justed wanted to chime in and say that I know a guy that tattooed Axl. He’s a family friend, and he gave my dad his last tattoo. If you see the tattoo with a yellow shield and a red lightning bolt, just know your old pal Sid knows the guy that gave it to him (three degrees of separation). According to him, Arnold Schwarzenegger also came into his parlor with a friend, but chickened out before getting a tat. ---

A Couple Shows, A Couple Years Ago in Vegas, it’s not like that was a full blown show. Considering what plays at Vegas, Wayne Newton, Some Comic, Celine Dion, G’N’R was a good choice for an evening out, if you don’t want to stay at the casino losing money,may as well give it to Axl and the boys. I don’t like them they Suck, and I don’t listen or watch Posers. But, Zorro you have a good time. ---

They’re supposed to be posers, they’re in showbusiness! That said, I still haven’t received the tickets in the post, and I’m a little worried. The friend that I’m going with has decided to use this event as a an excuse to buy some pointy cowboy boots. It’s a tenuous justification, but you have to admire his courage. ---
