I always thought it would be neat if someone could get a name change for every 1,500 posts s/he made. I think that could workā€¦though it may encourage spamming. ---

In the spirit of what **Ellis Dee** suggested, why canā€™t we ā€œsponsorā€ other Dopers who want a third name change? I donā€™t think Iā€™m ever going to change from wolf\_meister, so you can tell the moderators, or the powers that be, or the admins, or the Trilateral Commission that I forfeit my right to a name change and you can have yet a third SDMB name. ---

So I was reading the ā€œWhat is Og?ā€ thread and thinking about a thread I started a while back which was essentially the sameā€¦ ā€¦ and it occurred to me that **Og** would be a _really_ cool user name, if I was switching, which apparently Iā€™m not.
