_shakes head in total reminiscence_… There’s NO WAY I would ever want to do the mushroom experience again… Too many hours of just wanting to ring the hospital to admit myself and have my stomach pumped because I felt so incredily sick, plus seeing my cat ripped to shreds by a huge dog, and fur laying all over the front lawn, having a shower and seeing my reflection in the mirror (through the steam that covered the surface of the mirror, and thinking half my face was peeling off… total freak-out!) … Hours and hours of total panic and non-enjoyment… although I must admit after about 4 hours I sat down and played at my piano (even though the keys of my piano seemed to stretch out before me and then curve behind me, yet I could still comfortably reach ALL the notes!!! Umm-yeah sure… but that’s how it looked and felt, OK?!) Once things settled down it was a total blast… but, no sadly perhaps, I won’t tread down THAT path again! Anyway, enjoy, all those that wish to indulge… I prefer to stay coherent (shickered, perhaps, but still moreso coherent)! 🆒 ---

Thank og there was no SDMB in my day, My first trip\* I phoned my then GF and gave her the **Homer** treatment, oops. Tips: 1. Don’t look in a mirror. 2. Re-constructing the whole universe on your own is hard work, you may want to reconsider \*acid mushrooms scared me. ---
