Before things get too crazy here _snicker… clock of cheese_, I just want to address the OP. I’ve been doing the low-carb diet (Atkins) for about 5 months now, and have lost 50+ pounds. **Disclaimer - Same as the OP, I’ve done the research and I know the risks.** Cheese will be your friend, but depending on your plan you may have to limit it during induction. Atkins is 2 oz a day I think… If you will excuse me, I have a plate of scrambled eggs and sausages waiting for me. ---
