I can assure you that no one else knew about my game (other than my former colleague), and that no time was wasted waiting for the applause to die down. 
I always, always sign in on sheets as Yoko Ono. In more than 25 years not one person has ever said anything to me about it. Those, ‘hi, my name is:’ tags, I put Yoko in big block, readable letters. No one has ever called me by that name. I think they are on to me.
ETA I am not Yoko Ono, btw.
