I read the article these people are complete morons they throw a live grenade at each other back and forth until it goes off and dive to the ground WTF kind of military training is this. And when they are done being " hardened soldiers" what then, do they go home and raise a family play catch with the neighborhood kids?

Ok, sorry folks but I’m having a hard time understand why everyone is reacting more strongly to the fact that the use live animals for training than they are to the fact that their army is training squads of heartless reflex killers.

Yeah, **happyheathen** , war is cruel and disgusting. And yes, **CRorex** , killing a human is probably worse than killing an animal. It certainly is in my world - I’d rather accidently run over a dog than a child, for instance.
Still, most will agree that a country (any country) needs a defense force.
And training your defense force by making them kill _live animals_ is just beyond comprehension. Anyone who fails to see this, or hides behind some sort of cynical mask whilst berating the naivety of others, well… let’s just say I don’t think highly of people like that.
