Just came back from picking up Game 1 tickets for my wife and myself. Fantastic. We’re in the nosebleed bleachers, but it’s always a lot of fun out there. I can’t wait for Saturday night! Go Sox! ---

I didn’t want to have to do this, but it seems to be the only way to get World Series tickets… [puts on some chapstick and drops to my knees] Come on over here, **Silent** , and let’s do this thing. ---

I dialed the number in the Boston Globe for tickets until my fingers were sore. No luck, as I live in DC and was sick recently with time off work, I suppose this is a good thing. Though its not like I will be doing anything at work for the next couple of weeks other than reading about the Red Sox on the internet. ---

I have a couple standing room only tickets to Game 5 in St. Louis heading here in the mail. _desperately hoping there isn’t a sweep, and it would be nice if the Cards took it in 5…_ ---

I hate you. I know I’m not supposed to hate a fellow fan and sufferer, but you have tix and I have no way of getting them. (Or getting to MA for that matter.) I am so very jealous. \*was hoping for Houston-Sox series so I could attempt for tix and be able to actually get to that location. ---

There’s always [this approach](http://boston.craigslist.org/cas/46339611.html) , (might not be Work-Friendly, depending on your definitions of “Work” and “Friendly”, YMMV) of course…
