I didn’t see this one but I heard it. I live out in the country. Standing on my porch the other night, I heard a noisy truck head down the road. The truck suddenly stopped in front of my house, and fired a gun. From the fact that the field across the road usually has several deer, I am going to assume that someone in the truck was road hunting. That’s assholery. ---

The only person I know with drunk driving arrests has been caught three times in the last decade, all in our home county. First time he got a stet, second time was a tiny fine, and third time just a couple years ago was a larger $200 fine. This tiny sample of 1 angers me because it looks like the laws have no teeth. I see the billboards, but doubt them. ---

I ran into members of the imperial family tonight! They stopped the royal carriage (a minivan) in the middle of an aisle in the mall parking lot. It seemed that parts of the royal treasury needed to be moved from a vehicle in a parking spot into the royal carriage. Important matters of state needed discussed so this transaction took a while. I was impressed with their fortitude and patience dealing with the non-royal rabble honking their horns. As befits their station in life, they completed their business in full before deigning to allow the masses to continue driving through the aisle. ---
