# "I Just start Touching them. I don't even wait. When you're Vice President, they let you touch it"

Isn’t the point that people who are this high up should consider that part of their duty is to demonstrate that they are exemplars, and that above all that rules are to be followed by everyone, otherwise no-one needs to follow the rules at all.
