# I just took a 5 hour nap!

I’m jealous - no naps for me this weekend. However, I have been known to take 5 hour “naps” myself, and believe it or not they don’t interfere with my being able to fall asleep that night.

A more normal nap for me would be 2-4 hours, however.

Bear in mind, I’ve got a number of significant sleep issues, so there’s a pretty severe sleep debt going on. Sounds like the OP is in the same boat.
