I never had to see my parents but there was no mistaking the thocka thocka of headboard hitting wall rythmically for about 2 minutes. My hubby and I have plans for a lock. Not something I want my kid to see… she’s still too little to get out of the crib but soon… ---

We have one rule that we taught our children at very young ages: “Bleed before you knock” 😃 The youngest two, 10 and 11 years old, now pass by our bedroom door and make “eww, gross” comments snicker snicker ---

I said it in the other thread and I’ll say it again: Can someone please enlighten me as to why the idea of ones parents getting it on is so awful? My parents fuck. Your parents fuck, so do his, hers and his. What on earth is the big deal? I mean honestly, folks, are we all 12? ---

I caught my mom, but it wasn’t my dad… Of course, my parents had been divorced for some years, but it is very weird to walk into the room you share with your mother and find her with some guy. From then on, when asked to sleep in my Grandmother’s room, I _stayed_ in there. ---

Nope, and I don’t WANT to. It’s not that I mind the fact that they love each other and have sex. That’s good, I’m glad they’re happy and all. But I don’t want to THINK about them in that way. They’re related to me. I don’t want to think about them in THAT way, because -it’s none of my business -I don’t want to have that pop into my head during awkward moments -I don’t want to picture my parents naked! I mean, when you think about sex, you want it to be something that turns you on, right? Besides, my dad gets mad if my sister leaves her bra in the bathroom, any mention of periods, etc. He’s really squeamish about that sort of thing. My mother doesn’t even like us to walk around with a robe on over our pjs, if we happen to be braless. (Not because we should be ashamed, just that my parents are very _modest_.) Of course, my dad also tends to wear shorts that have holes in the ass. Nice look there, dad. :rolleyes: ---

For the last time-it’s NOT about how OLD they are! It’s that they’re bloody related to you!!! They talked about sex all the time on _The Golden Girls_, and I never batted an eye. Hell, even Sophia talked about her sex life. No big deal. But they’re not my relatives! I wouldn’t want to think about my teachers doing it, either, or whatever. :smack: ---
