Hey,
I kind of hate that I stumbled across Straight Dope because now I can’t stop reading it. ☹ Anyway, I must say that I’m truly amazed by how funny so many of you are. Why aren’t you working on a stage or have your own sitcoms? Why aren’t any of you my friends? I think the coolest humor is stuff in the Pit, like this thread entitled something like “What the fuck are you people teaching your stupid kids?” Hehehehehe it makes me laugh so hard. 😃
I don’t know. I think I underestimate the general public way too often. But I guess people who frequent this board aren’t really the general public. I don’t know. It’s heartening to know that funny, intelligent people exist who are comfortable wasting their time.
