Without logging out. I’m using the SDMB, go do something else, come back to the computer, try to post or searched, and I have to log in all over again. Is this happening to anyone else? ---

Is this happening to anyone else? There’s a box you can check when you log in that says, “Keep me logged in.” Are you checking it? Sometimes I forget to do that when the board has timed out. ---

My problem is a bit different. I log in, it says “Thank you for logging in, Erdosain,” and then it kicks me back to the login screen. No explanation. It’s happened about 15 times in the last week. If I try to log in again, the same thing will happen. I usually just have come back later to try to log in. It’s really annoying when I’ve already been logged in, and I’ve typed up a whole post. ---

I just came to this forum to post the same problem. Actually, I noticed it a while ago, but since no one else was saying anything, I thought it was just me. Today, though, I got irritated enough to say something! Used to be that I only had to log in if I cleared all my cookies or logged out on purpose. Now, if I take too long reading a thread, I have to log back in. Quite irritating. I did discover that perhaps the ads aren’t as annoying as I feared. ---

I clicked the “Remember me” box and it let me through to the reply/search screen.
