Hmmm. Looks like it’s happening on at least three browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox), but every report so far says “Windows.” Anybody have the problem on Mac/Linux/mobile device… ? ---

The QC people at our ad provider say they’re having difficulty figuring out where the ZoneAlarm redirect is coming from and humbly request the assistance of the Teeming Millions, as follows: 1. If you’ve been redirected to this ad while on our site, please indicate your geographical location. 2. If you’re moderately tech savvy and use or would be willing to use [Firebug](http://getfirebug.com/downloads) (I’m told Vantage will also work, but I’m less familiar with that program), send us your Firebug log next time this happens. (This tracks everything that comes over your Internet connection.) A Firebug log was very helpful in tracking down a problem ad last fall. Thanks for your help. We hope to get this resolved soon. ---

Update - our ad provider says they think they’ve now tracked down and blocked the source of the ZoneAlarm ad. Pls advise if you see any further instances of this ad. ---
