I am the most unobservant person in the world. I was planning to do what ever other Doper has done once they reached 1,000 posts–start my own topic in MPSIMS and brag about it.

So what happens? I’m casually posting to a topic in GQ, and look at the number of posts–1,003.

Oops.

Well, at least I didn’t forget my wedding anniversary (I think).

I did the same thing with 1,500.

Except I didn’t notice until about 1,535 or so.
