Alas, not too far from the reality I hear in this place all day long. Boss, call it what you want but this place is a call center. Why, why, WHY can we not get some remedial training for some of the folks who work here?

My work buddies keep laughing about the half of a conversation they heard from me when I was calling to order our lunch.
