Reading the “secrets” thread reminded me of something. As I may have mentioned, Mr. Rilch is an electrician on the X-Files. Through him, I know about something that’s going to happen this season. I’m not going to tell what it is, but I wondered if anyone wanted to hazard a guess. I’ll let you all know after the fact if you were right. My guess:Mulder dies. I’ve heard that Dave has said that this will be his last season, Chris Carter, too. Since they’re going to end the show anyway, why not go for broke? Also, I’ll wager that Scully turns towards Mulder’s side, and starts to investigate on her own… leading to a spinoff, “Scully, Special Agent, FBI” Maybe it’s all that conspiracy TV 🙂 Engineerboy ---

Oh, _please_ let it be Mulder’s death. Make it really graphic, too; lots of bullet wounds would be nice. I might even tune into the show for that once. (Can you tell how much I dislike the actor, the character, and the show?) ---

We learn that the entire show has been a dream sequence.Mulder is locked up in a sanitarium, Skully is **actually** his therapist; the entire series has been a paranoid fantasy. Before the screen fades to black , we hear the smoking man report that :" The artifical memories we implanted are working perfectly. They think it was all in his mind…" ---
