From what I could tell during my grad studies, there are no sane people in labs, just varying degrees of crazy. The stories I could tell about my labmates and radioisotopes would ensure that no one on this board would ever go anywhere near the campus.

And yes, I am including myself in the crazy category, after all, I got myself into it!

The lab I’m in takes up 2 ‘normal’ labs we have the adjoining door open. The other side is the ‘calm’ ‘serious’ lab. The side I work on is the side with the explosions, screams and where people shout “Arrrg you shot it in my eye”. Our rule is, if the safety officers don’t see it, it doesn’t happen.
