In [this other thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/doper-locations/931343/6), it’s been suggested that _this_ thread be moved to a different Forum/Category, where it might be more easily seen by more people. That seems like a great idea to me, especially since it isn’t really a thread game in the first place.
